ditowin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ditowin website at ditowin.co, its mobile-optimised web interface, and all gaming, betting, and account services accessible therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the ditowin Platform, through which the User accesses gaming services and manages their wallet.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that have cleared verification and are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds awarded by ditowin, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple by which a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means third-party software studios whose games are offered through the ditowin Platform, including live casino and slot game providers.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the ditowin Platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing bets — you represent that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following acts:

• Clicking an "I Agree" or equivalent button during the account registration process;
• Logging in to an existing ditowin account following the publication of updated Terms;
• Depositing funds into your ditowin account wallet; or
• Placing any bet or wager through the ditowin Platform.

These Terms operate alongside ditowin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and ditowin.

To register and maintain an account on ditowin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the ditowin Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by PAGCOR or any equivalent authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of ditowin or any affiliated Game Provider.

ditowin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active ditowin account at any time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, ditowin will:

• Close all duplicate accounts;
• Retain any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts; and
• Apply such additional sanctions as ditowin in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify ditowin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ditowin shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ditowin account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure will be processed within three (3) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no investigation is pending.

4.4 Account Suspension. ditowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other players.

ditowin accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels. Deposit processing times vary by method:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. ditowin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be refunded to the originating account and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

ditowin does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction charges, for which ditowin accepts no liability.

6.1 Eligibility. To process a withdrawal from your ditowin account, you must have: (a) completed the KYC identity verification process; (b) a verified payment method registered in your own name; and (c) a Real Money Balance sufficient to cover the requested withdrawal amount.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. ditowin reserves the right to require an alternative same-name payment method where return to the original method is not possible.

6.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests received before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. USDT withdrawals are processed within two (2) business hours subject to network conditions.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your ditowin account. These limits may be adjusted at ditowin's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

6.5 Withholding. ditowin reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or under review; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms; or (c) ditowin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

7.1 General. ditowin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements are set out in each promotion's specific terms and must be completed within the stated validity period.

7.3 One Bonus Per Account. Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim a given promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts — whether held by the same Player or by colluding Players — constitute bonus abuse.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. ditowin takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Without limiting its other remedies, ditowin may, in its sole discretion, take any or all of the following actions against a Player found to have abused a promotional offer:

• Cancel any pending or credited bonus balance;
• Void any winnings generated from the misused bonus;
• Permanently close the Player's account; and/or
• Recover any withdrawals already made in respect of bonus-derived winnings.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ditowin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or help documentation. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's published rules shall govern the conduct of that specific game.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions. ditowin makes no warranty that the Platform or any game will be available without interruption or error. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a live session, ditowin's game records and server logs shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any affected round. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large win or payout, ditowin reserves the right to void the affected transaction.

8.3 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the ditowin Platform are final upon confirmation. Players should verify bet details before confirming a wager. ditowin is under no obligation to void or modify a confirmed bet except as expressly required by applicable game rules or regulatory direction.

8.4 Player Conduct in Live Games. Players participating in live casino games must conduct themselves appropriately within any available chat functionality. Abusive, threatening, or offensive communications directed at dealers or other players will result in removal from the game and may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ditowin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using software, bots, automated systems, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the ditowin Platform in any way connected to the proceeds of crime or for the purpose of laundering funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to ditowin. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the Platform, its data, or any ditowin intellectual property for commercial purposes without the express written permission of ditowin.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.

ditowin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from within your ditowin account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications that alert them when a session has reached a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently exclude themselves from the ditowin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: A periodic on-screen reminder of the duration and net result of a player's current session.

ditowin reserves the right to apply responsible gaming controls to any account where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, including the application of mandatory deposit limits or temporary account suspension pending Player contact.

All content on the ditowin Platform — including but not limited to the ditowin brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio, and visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ditowin or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform except for temporary caching by your browser as part of normal web browsing, or as may be expressly permitted in writing by ditowin.

12.1 No Warranty. The ditowin Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ditowin and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall ditowin's total liability to any Player exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their ditowin account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. ditowin shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from a force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failures, civil unrest, or natural disaster.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by ditowin is governed by the ditowin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By using the ditowin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

ditowin is committed to complying with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and all associated implementing regulations in respect of the personal data of Filipino players.

ditowin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Players through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login; an email notification to the Player's registered email address; or a notification within the Player's account dashboard.

Continued use of the ditowin Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
